The substation’s exterior is expertly crafted using materials like stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. Additionally, the Prefabricated Substation, often referred to as the European type transformer substation,
is engineered to proficiently handle the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and compensation of electrical energy. It also includes advanced system control and protection, along with robust communication capabilities. Typically, this substation houses three compartments: High voltage compartment (fitted with high/medium voltage switchgear, such as ring main unit or gas insulated switchgear, boasting a rated voltage up to a maximum of 40.5kV), Low voltage compartment, and Transformer compartment (equipped with three-phase oil-immersed transformers or cast resin dry-type transformers).


This substation serves as an essential power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It represents a comprehensive power supply solution, incorporating high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution. Designed for use in three-phase AC 50Hz systems with a maximum rated current of 1600KVA, it finds widespread application in industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other distribution systems. The compact prefabricated substation stands out as one of the most efficient, convenient, and cost-effective options available. It offers an exceptionally user-friendly experience, ensuring safe and straightforward operation of the substation.
