The substation's shell is crafted from premium materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. This innovative Prefabricated Substation, often referred to as the European type transformer substation,
is capable of efficiently transforming, distributing, transmitting, measuring, and compensating electrical energy. It provides comprehensive system control and protection along with cutting-edge communication functions. Typically, this substation consists of three meticulously arranged compartments inside: the High voltage compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear, like the ring main unit and gas insulated switchgear, with a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV), the Low voltage compartment, and the Transformer compartment (fitted with either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry-type transformer).


This substation serves as a crucial power distribution supply unit in the electrical cable power network. It is an integrated power supply system complete with high voltage controlling, protection, converting, and distribution features. Designed for 3-phase AC 50Hz and a rated current of up to 1600KVA transformers, it sees extensive application across industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, hospitals, shopping centers, high-rise buildings, and other comprehensive distribution systems. The compact prefabricated substation is a highly effective, convenient, and cost-efficient solution, ensuring safety and simplicity in substation operation.
