The Prefabricated Substation, also known as the European type transformer substation,
is designed to efficiently handle the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, system control, protection, and communication functions. Typically, this substation includes three compartments: the High Voltage compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear such as the ring main unit and gas insulated switchgear, with a rated voltage of up to 40.5kV), the Low Voltage compartment, and the Transformer compartment (equipped with a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or cast resin dry-type transformer).


This substation is an essential power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It is a comprehensive power supply system featuring high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. It is suitable for 3-phase AC 50Hz systems with a maximum rated current of 1600KVA transformers, widely utilized in industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other distribution systems.
