It ensures comprehensive system control and protection alongside seamless communication capabilities. Typically, this substation houses three distinct compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear such as the ring main unit and gas-insulated switchgear, boasting a rated voltage that can reach up to an impressive 40.5 kV maximum; the Low Voltage Compartment; and the Transformer Compartment, which is fitted with either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a superior cast resin dry-type transformer.
