The substation's outer shell is primarily crafted from superior materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. Commonly referred to as European type transformer substations, these prefabricated substations are designed for enhanced reliability and performance.
Our European-type transformer substations excel in roles such as transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and compensation of electrical energy. They also facilitate system control, protection, and communication functions. Typically, they feature three distinct compartments: a High Voltage compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear, like a ring main unit or gas-insulated switchgear, achieving rated voltages up to a maximum of 40.5kV), a Low Voltage compartment, and a Transformer compartment (furnished with either three-phase oil-immersed transformers or cast resin dry-type transformers).
