The substation's shell is crafted from premium materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. This versatile Prefabricated Substation, often referred to as the European type transformer substation,
is engineered to efficiently handle the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and compensation of electrical energy. It also facilitates system control, protection, and communication functions. Typically, this substation encompasses three distinct compartments: the High Voltage compartment, equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear like the ring main unit or gas-insulated switchgear, supporting a rated voltage up to 40.5kV; the Low Voltage compartment; and the Transformer compartment, fitted with a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry type transformer.


This substation is a critical power distribution unit within the electrical cable power network, providing indispensable support. It serves as a comprehensive and integrated power supply system with high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Optimized for use in a 3-phase AC 50Hz system with a maximum rated current of 1600KVA, it is extensively utilized across industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other essential distribution systems.
