Our substations are encased in robust materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. Notably, the Prefabricated Substation, also known as the European type transformer substation, stands out for its versatility.
This comprehensive substation excels in tasks like transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and electrical energy compensation. Additionally, it features sophisticated system control, protection, and communication capabilities. Typically, it houses three critical compartments: the High Voltage compartment (equipped with top-tier high/medium voltage switchgear like ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, supporting a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV), the Low Voltage compartment, and the Transformer compartment (fitted with either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry-type transformer).


This substation serves as an essential power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network, ensuring seamless energy flow and reliability. It represents a complete power supply set with high-voltage controlling, protection, converting, and distribution capabilities. Designed for use with 3-phase AC 50Hz systems, it accommodates transformers up to a rated current of 1600KVA. It finds widespread application in industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other distribution systems, providing dependable power supply solutions. The compact prefabricated substation is celebrated for its effectiveness, convenience, and cost-efficiency. It offers a user-friendly, safe, and straightforward approach to operating substations, making it a preferred choice.
