The Prefabricated Substation, also known as the European type transformer substation,
is capable of completing the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, system control, and protection, as well as communication functions. This substation generally includes three compartments: High Voltage Compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear, such as ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, with a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV), Low Voltage Compartment, and Transformer Compartment (equipped with three-phase oil-immersed transformers or cast resin dry-type transformers).


This substation is an essential power distribution unit in electrical cable power networks. It is a comprehensive power supply unit with high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Designed for 3-phase AC 50Hz systems with a rated transformer current up to 1600KVA, it is widely utilized in industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other distribution systems.
