Product Description

Zhejiang Guanhao Power Transmission and Distribution Co., Ltd. manufactures a wide range of package substations which primarily comprise a transformer unit, high voltage unit, and low voltage unit. The shell materials of our substations mainly include stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. Prefabricated Substation is also called European type transformer substation.
It completes the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, system control, protection, and communication functions. Typically, this substation comprises three primary compartments: High voltage compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear such as ring main unit, gas-insulated switchgear with a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV), Low voltage compartment, and Transformer compartment (equipped with a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or cast resin dry-type transformer).


This substation is a crucial power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It is a complete set of power supply with high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution. Designed for 3-phase AC 50Hz systems with a rated current up to 1600KVA, it is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, residential quarters, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other distribution systems. Compact prefabricated substations are among the most effective, convenient, and economical solutions, offering safe and simple operation.
