The substation's shell material is crafted from resilient stainless steel, durable aluminum alloy, versatile cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. The European type transformer substation, also known as a Prefabricated Substation, stands as a hallmark of innovation.
This sophisticated substation is engineered to efficiently manage the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, and further supports system control, protection, and communication functions. Typically, it comprises three integral compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear like the ring main unit and gas-insulated switchgear, with a rated voltage reaching up to 40.5kV; the Low Voltage Compartment; and the Transformer Compartment, housing either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry-type transformer.


This substation plays an indispensable role as a critical power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It represents a fully integrated power supply solution, featuring high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution systems. It's aptly designed for use in three-phase AC environments with a 50Hz frequency and supports a rated current up to a maximum of 1600KVA. Its versatile design makes it an essential component for industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, hospitals, malls, towering skyscrapers, and various other distribution networks.
