The substation's exterior is crafted from premium materials, including stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal. These prefabricated substations, also known as European type transformer substations, are engineered to perfection.
Our substations are equipped to efficiently perform an array of functions, including electrical energy transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and compensation. They offer robust system control, protection, and communication functionalities. Typically, these substations house three critical compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, featuring top-tier high/medium voltage switchgear such as ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear with voltages up to 40.5kV; the Low Voltage Compartment; and the Transformer Compartment, fitted with either three-phase oil-immersed transformers or cast resin dry type transformers.


The JP cabinet stands as an exceptional piece of electrical equipment, suitable for both outdoor and indoor installations. It serves a multitude of purposes including power distribution, metering, control, and protection for low-voltage electricity. This versatile cabinet integrates various electrical components such as circuit breakers, fuses, metering instruments, and capacitors, ensuring users receive a safe, reliable, and efficient power supply.

1. Ambient temperature: Maintain a range from -25ºC to +40ºC to ensure efficient operation.
2. Altitude: Suitable for locations with an elevation of up to 1000m, making it versatile across various geographical areas.
3. Relative humidity:
Daily averages should remain less than 95%, with water vapor pressure averaging below 2.2kPa.
Monthly averages should stay under 90%, with water vapor pressure averaging less than 1.8kPa.
4. Seismic intensity: Built to withstand a seismic intensity of less than magnitude 8.
5. Wind speed: Designed for external conditions with wind speeds below 35m/s.
