These state-of-the-art substations boast shells composed of premium materials like stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plates, and various non-metal materials. Notably, the Prefabricated Substation, also renowned as the European type transformer substation,
is engineered to efficiently perform the transformation, distribution, transmission, and measurement of electrical energy. It also excels in system control, protection, and communication functions. Typically, this substation features three integral compartments: High voltage compartment, equipped with advanced high/medium voltage switchgear like ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, with a rated voltage capacity up to a maximum of 40.5kV; Low voltage compartment; and a Transformer compartment equipped with robust three-phase oil-immersed transformers or cast resin dry type transformers.


This substation stands as a crucial power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It represents a comprehensive power supply solution with high-voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Designed for 3-phase AC systems at 50Hz, and supporting a maximum rated current of 1600KVA, it is extensively utilized across industrial and mining enterprises, residential quarters, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other sophisticated distribution systems. The compact prefabricated substation is celebrated as one of the most effective, convenient, and economical solutions.
