The substation's shell is primarily crafted from top-grade stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. This exceptional Prefabricated Substation, also known as the European type transformer substation,
is engineered to adeptly manage the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and compensation of electrical energy. It also offers system control and protection along with communication capabilities. Typically featuring three meticulously designed compartments: the High Voltage Compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear like a ring main unit or gas insulated switchgear, reaching a rated voltage of up to 40.5kV maximum), the Low Voltage Compartment, and the Transformer Compartment (fitted with a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry type transformer).


This substation serves as a pivotal power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It represents a comprehensive power supply solution, complete with high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Suitable for use with a three-phase AC 50Hz system and a rated current of up to 1600KVA, it finds extensive applications across industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and various other distribution systems.
