The substation shell is crafted from top-quality materials like stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. The Prefabricated Substation is also renowned as the European type transformer substation,
delivering unparalleled efficiency in transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, system control, protection, and communication functions. Typically, the substation features three integral compartments: the High Voltage compartment, equipped with advanced high/medium voltage switchgear, such as ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, with a maximum rated voltage of up to 40.5 kV; the Low Voltage compartment; and the Transformer compartment, featuring either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry type transformer.


This substation serves as a crucial power distribution unit within the electrical cable power network, ensuring seamless energy flow and stability. It is a comprehensive power supply unit with high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities.
