Known also as the European type transformer substation, the Prefabricated Substation is engineered for superior performance.
This sophisticated substation delivers comprehensive solutions for electrical energy conversion, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation, system control, and protection, along with robust communication capabilities. It consists of three integral compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear, including ring main unit or gas-insulated switchgear with a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV; the Low Voltage Compartment; and the Transformer Compartment, featuring either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry-type transformer.


This substation plays a crucial role as a significant power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It represents a comprehensive power supply solution with high voltage controlling, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Designed for 3-phase AC 50Hz systems with a transformer rated at a maximum of 1600KVA, it is extensively used in industrial, mining enterprises, residential areas, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other sophisticated distribution systems.
