The Prefabricated Substation, also known as the European type transformer substation,
efficiently handles the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, system control, and protection while seamlessly integrating communication functions. Typically organized within three compartments: the High Voltage Compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear including a ring main unit and gas-insulated switchgear, capable of reaching a rated voltage of up to 40.5kV maximum), the Low Voltage Compartment, and the Transformer Compartment (equipped with either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry type transformer).


This substation serves as a pivotal power distribution unit within the electrical cable power network. As a fully integrated power supply solution, it encompasses H.V. control, protection, conversion, and distribution functions. It's designed for use with a 3-phase AC 50Hz system and supports a rated current up to 1600KVA transformers. Its versatility makes it ideal for industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and various other distribution systems. Monthly average should not exceed 90%, with the average water vapor pressure capped at 1.8kPa.
