Typically, these substations feature three well-defined compartments: a High voltage compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear, including ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, supporting rated voltages up to 40.5kV), a Low voltage compartment, and a dedicated Transformer compartment (housing three-phase oil-immersed or cast resin dry-type transformers).


Our substations are indispensable in electrical cable power networks, ensuring robust and reliable power distribution.This substation is a versatile powerhouse, offering comprehensive high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Engineered for 3-phase AC 50Hz systems with a maximum rated current of 1600KVA, it is a trusted solution for industrial and mining enterprises,residential areas, hospitals, shopping malls, high-rise buildings, and a spectrum of other distribution systems, ensuring seamless energy supply. The compact prefabricated substation delivers an efficient, convenient, and cost-effective solution. It is recognized for its user-friendly operation, safety features, and straightforward design.


Optimal Working Environment - Ensuring Peak Performance
1. Ambient temperature: -25ºC to +40ºC, catering to diverse climates.
2. Altitude: no higher than1000 meters, maintaining functionality in varied terrains.
3. Relative humidity:
Daily average less than 95%, with an average water vapor pressure below 2.2kPa, ensuring moisture control.
Monthly average less than 90%, with an average water vapor pressure below 1.8kPa, providing consistent performance.
4. Seismic intensity: designed to withstand below magnitude 8, offering stability in seismic zones.

5. External wind speed less than 35m/s, tailored for weather resilience.
6.Installation Location: Ideal for environments free from fire hazards, explosion risks, and chemical corrosion, ensuring safety and longevity.
