The shell of these substations is expertly fashioned from top-grade materials like stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. Often referred to as the European type transformer substation, our Prefabricated Substation exemplifies excellence.
Engineered for comprehensive functionality, it adeptly handles transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, along with system control, protection, and communication capabilities. Typically, the substation houses three distinct compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear such as ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, with a maximum rated voltage of up to 40.5kV; the Low Voltage Compartment; and the Transformer Compartment, which contains either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry-type transformer.


This substation stands as a crucial power distribution unit within the electrical cable power network, ensuring a stable and reliable energy supply. It is an all-encompassing power supply system, complete with high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities, perfectly suited for 3-phase AC 50Hz applications with a rated current capacity of up to 1600KVA.
