Typically, they feature three distinct compartments: A robust High voltage compartment, equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear like ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, supporting rated voltages of up to 40.5kV; a versatile Low voltage compartment; and a Transformer compartment, fitted with efficient three-phase oil-immersed or cast resin dry-type transformers.


Our innovative substations are the lifeline of electrical cable power networks, guaranteeing reliable and uninterrupted power distribution.This versatile substation is an all-encompassing power supply unit, designed to integrate high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Tailored for 3-phase AC 50Hz systems, it supports a maximum rated current of 1600KVA, making it an ideal choice for applications in industrial and mining enterprises,residential areas, hospitals, shopping malls, high-rise buildings, and beyond. Its adaptability makes it suitable for a variety of distribution systems. The compact prefabricated substation promises an effective, user-friendly, and economically viable solution. It is a breeze to operate, ensuring safety and simplicity in every use.


Optimal Working Environment
1. Ambient temperature: Ranges from -25ºC to +40ºC, accommodating diverse climate conditions.
2. Altitude: Suitable for elevations no higher than1000 meters, ensuring operational efficiency.
3. Relative humidity:
Daily average should remain less than 95%, with water vapor pressure averaging below 2.2kPa for optimal performance.
Monthly average should be less than 90%, with an average water vapor pressure below 1.8kPa, enhancing durability.
4. Seismic intensity: Designed to withstand conditions below magnitude 8 for enhanced safety.

5. External wind speed should be kept below 35m/s to maintain stability.
6.Installation Location: Perfectly suited for environments free from fire hazards, explosion risks, and chemical corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance.
