Zhejiang Guanhao Power Transmission and Distribution Co., Ltd. proudly manufactures a diverse array of package substations that primarily include transformer units, high voltage units, and low voltage units. These substations boast enclosures made from premium materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plates, and non-metal materials. Commonly referred to as the European type transformer substation, the Prefabricated Substation is designed to deliver exceptional performance and longevity.
This state-of-the-art substation is fully equipped to perform an array of functions including the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and compensation of electrical energy. Additionally, it offers advanced system control, protection, and communication capabilities. Typically, the substation is divided into three main compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, featuring high/medium voltage switchgear like the ring main unit and gas insulated switchgear with a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV; the Low Voltage Compartment; and the Transformer Compartment, equipped with either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry type transformer.


This substation serves as a critical power distribution unit within the electrical cable power network, ensuring reliable and efficient electricity supply. It represents a complete power supply solution with high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Ideally suited for 3-phase AC systems at 50Hz with a maximum rated current of 1600KVA, it's widely utilized in industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, hospitals, shopping malls, high-rise buildings, and a variety of other distribution systems. The compact prefabricated substation is recognized for its effectiveness, convenience, and economic efficiency, providing a user-friendly solution that is safe and straightforward to operate.
