Product Description

Zhejiang Guanhao Power Transmission and Distribution Co., Ltd. manufactures a wide range of package substations primarily comprising transformer units, high voltage units, and low voltage units. The shell material of the substations can be stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plates, or non-metal materials. Prefabricated Substations, also known as European type transformer substations,
can complete the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, system control, and protection, as well as communication functions. These substations typically contain three compartments: High voltage compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear such as ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, with rated voltage up to 40.5kV maximum), Low voltage compartment, and Transformer compartment (equipped with three-phase oil-immersed transformers or cast resin dry-type transformers).


This substation serves as a critical power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It is a complete power supply set offering HV controlling, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. It operates on a 3 phase AC 50Hz system with a rated current of up to 1600KVA transformers, making it widely utilized in industrial and mining enterprises, residential quarters, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other distribution systems. The Compact Prefabricated Substation is one of the most effective, convenient, and economical solutions. It is safe and simple to operate.
