The shell material of these substations is expertly crafted using stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. Notably, our Prefabricated Substation is recognized as the European type transformer substation,
boasting the capability to effortlessly perform transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, along with system control, protection, and communication functions. This state-of-the-art substation is designed with three meticulously organized compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear such as the ring main unit and gas-insulated switchgear, reaching a rated voltage of up to 40.5kV maximum; the Low Voltage Compartment; and the Transformer Compartment, furnished with either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry-type transformer,


establishing its role as an indispensable power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. This is a comprehensive and complete power supply setup featuring high-voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution, suitable for use in 3-phase AC 50Hz and a rated current of up to 1600KVA transformers. It finds wide-ranging applications across industrial and mining enterprises, residential quarters, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and various other distribution systems.
