Typically, the substation consists of three meticulously designed compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, which includes sophisticated high/medium voltage switchgear like ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, supporting a rated voltage of up to 40.5kV maximum; the Low Voltage Compartment; and the Transformer Compartment, equipped with either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry type transformer for optimal performance.
