The shell materials predominantly include stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and various non-metal materials. Our Prefabricated Substation, also known as the European type transformer substation, is engineered for excellence,
capable of completing the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and compensation of electrical energy while offering system control, protection, and communication functions. This substation typically houses three compartments: the High Voltage Compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear such as ring main units or gas-insulated switchgear, with a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV), the Low Voltage Compartment, and the Transformer Compartment (equipped with three-phase oil-immersed transformers or cast resin dry-type transformers).


Our JP cabinet is a versatile electrical apparatus suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. It is designed for power distribution, metering, control, and low-voltage electrical protection. This cabinet integrates multiple electrical components such as circuit breakers, fuses, metering instruments, and capacitors, ensuring a safe and reliable power supply for users.
