The robust shell material of these substations is crafted from top-quality stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. Our Prefabricated Substation is fondly referred to as the European type transformer substation,
capable of seamlessly completing the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and compensation of electrical energy. It also facilitates system control, protection, and communication functions. This state-of-the-art substation typically houses three distinct compartments: the High Voltage compartment (fitted with advanced high/medium voltage switchgear, such as ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear with rated voltages reaching up to a maximum of 40.5kV), the Low Voltage compartment, and the Transformer compartment (equipped with either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry-type transformer).


This substation plays a pivotal role as a crucial power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It is a comprehensive power supply system incorporating high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution. Specifically designed for use in three-phase AC 50Hz environments and supporting a rated current of up to 1600KVA transformers, it finds extensive application in industrial and mining enterprises, as well as residential areas, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other distribution systems. Our compact prefabricated substation stands out as a highly effective, convenient, and economical solution, offering a user-friendly, safe, and straightforward operation.
