These substations seamlessly facilitate transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, energy compensation, system control, and protection, along with advanced communication functions. Typically, they encompass three internal compartments: the High Voltage Compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear such as ring main units or gas-insulated switchgear with a maximum rated voltage of up to 40.5kV), a Low Voltage Compartment, and a Transformer Compartment (housing either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry-type transformer).


This substation stands as a crucial component of the power distribution network for electrical cable systems, ensuring reliable and efficient energy delivery. It represents a comprehensive power supply unit featuring high-voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Suitable for 3-phase AC, 50Hz, and transformers with a maximum rated current of 1600KVA, it is extensively deployed across industrial and mining enterprises. The substation also finds its application in residential developments, hospitals, malls, skyscrapers, and various other distribution systems. The Compact Prefabricated Substation is recognized for its effectiveness, convenience, and cost-efficiency. It's a user-friendly solution that ensures safe and straightforward substation operations.

1. Ambient temperature ranges from -25ºC to +40ºC, accommodating various climates.
2. Altitude suitability extends to 1000 meters above sea level.
3. Relative Humidity Conditions:
The daily average should be below 95%, with the average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2 kPa.
For monthly averages, humidity should remain under 90%, with water vapor pressure less than 1.8 kPa.
4. Capable of withstanding seismic activity up to magnitude 8.

5. Designed for outside wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second.
