This state-of-the-art substation can efficiently perform the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and compensation of electrical energy. It also ensures system control and protection along with communication functions. Typically, this substation comprises three distinct compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear like the ring main unit and gas insulated switchgear, achieving a rated voltage up to a maximum of 40.5kV; the Low Voltage Compartment; and the Transformer Compartment, housing either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry-type transformer.
