These substations are crafted from premium materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and durable non-metal materials. Known as Prefabricated Substations or European type transformer substations,
these substations efficiently manage the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, and compensation of electrical energy. They also provide system control, essential protection, and communication functionalities. Typically, these substations are structured into three distinct compartments: the high voltage compartment (equipped with advanced high/medium voltage switchgear such as ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, with a maximum rated voltage of 40.5 kV), the low voltage compartment, and the transformer compartment (featuring either three-phase oil-immersed transformers or innovative cast resin dry-type transformers).


This substation serves as a crucial power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It is a comprehensive power supply system, integrating high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution functions. Designed for 3-phase AC 50Hz systems, it supports transformers with a rated current up to 1600KVA. These substations are extensively employed in industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, hospitals, shopping malls, high-rise buildings, and other intricate distribution systems. The compact prefabricated substation stands out as an optimal, cost-effective, and user-friendly solution, offering secure and straightforward operations.


Optimal Working Environment:
1. Ambient temperature range: -25ºC to +40ºC
2. Altitude: no more than 1000m above sea level
3. Relative humidity conditions:
Daily average should be less than 95%, with the average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2 kPa.
Monthly average should remain below 90%, with water vapor pressure averaging less than 1.8 kPa.
4. Seismic intensity should be less than magnitude 8.
5. Outside wind speed should be under 35 m/s for optimal performance.
6. Installation Site: Suitable for environments free from fire hazards, explosion risks, and chemical corrosion.
