Expertly designed to handle the transformation, distribution, and transmission of electrical energy, this substation also excels in measurement, compensation, system control, protection, and communication functions. It typically houses three distinct compartments: a high voltage compartment (equipped with advanced high/medium voltage switchgear including ring main units and gas insulated switchgear, with a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV), a low voltage compartment, and a transformer compartment featuring either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry type transformer.


This crucial power distribution and supply unit is indispensable in the electrical cable power network. As a comprehensive power supply ensemble, it integrates high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution capabilities. Designed for use with a 3-phase AC at 50Hz and supporting transformers up to a maximum rated current of 1600KVA, it finds widespread application in industrial and mining enterprises.
