These substations primarily consist of a transformer unit, a high voltage unit, and a low voltage unit. The shell materials we use include top-grade stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plates, and non-metal materials. Our Prefabricated Substation, also known as the European type transformer substation, is designed for maximum efficiency and durability.
Our substations are engineered to flawlessly handle the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, system control, protection, and communication functions. Typically, each substation is divided into three critical compartments: the High Voltage Compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear, such as ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, with a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV), the Low Voltage Compartment, and the Transformer Compartment (equipped with either three-phase oil-immersed transformers or cast resin dry-type transformers).
