The substation's robust shell is expertly crafted using high-quality materials like stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal options. Known in the industry as the European type transformer substation, the Prefabricated Substation stands as a testament to cutting-edge engineering.
This substation is designed to adeptly handle the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, along with system control, protection, and communication functions. It is organized into three main compartments: the high voltage compartment, equipped with advanced high/medium voltage switchgear such as the ring main unit and gas insulated switchgear, capable of reaching a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV; the low voltage compartment; and the transformer compartment, featuring either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry type transformer.


This substation plays a critical role as a power distribution supply unit within the electrical cable power network. It is a comprehensive power supply system that efficiently handles high voltage (H.V.) control, protection, conversion, and distribution. Suited for 3-phase AC at 50Hz and supporting a maximum rated current of 1600KVA, it is extensively utilized across industrial and mining enterprises, residential quarters, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and various other distribution systems. The compact prefabricated substation offers a remarkably effective, convenient, and cost-efficient solution, ensuring safe and straightforward operation of a substation.


Optimal Working Environment
1. Ambient temperature range: -25ºC to +40ºC
2. Altitude: should not exceed 1000 meters
3. Relative humidity guidelines:
Daily average: less than 95%, with an average water vapor pressure below 2.2 kPa
Monthly average: less than 90%, with an average water vapor pressure below 1.8 kPa
4. Seismic intensity: should be lower than magnitude 8

5. Maximum outside wind speed of 35 meters per second
6. Installation Site Requirements: Suitable for locations free from fire hazards, explosive dangers, and chemical corrosion.
