Typically, it includes three meticulously organized compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, showcasing advanced high/medium voltage switchgear like ring main units and gas insulated switchgear with a maximum rated voltage of 40.5kV; the Low Voltage Compartment; and the Transformer Compartment, equipped with either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry-type transformer.


This substation plays a pivotal role in the electrical cable power network, ensuring dependable and uninterrupted power distribution.It epitomizes a comprehensive power supply solution characterized by superior high voltage control, protection, conversion, and distribution. Designed for three-phase AC at 50Hz with a rated current up to 1600KVA, it is extensively applied across industrial and mining sectors, driving efficiency and reliability.Beyond industrial applications, this substation is perfectly suited for residential areas, hospitals, malls, high-rise buildings, and other sophisticated distribution systems, offering unmatched versatility and adaptability. Our compact prefabricated substation distinguishes itself as an outstanding, user-friendly, and cost-effective solution. It seamlessly blends safety, simplicity, and efficiency, making it an indispensable addition to any power distribution setup.


Optimal Working Environment Specifications:
1. Ambient temperature: Broad range from -25ºC to +40ºC,
2. Altitude suitability: Capable of performing efficiently at altitudes not exceeding1000m.
3. Relative humidity constraints:
Daily average should remain below 95%, with water vapor pressure averaging less than 2.2kPa.
Monthly average humidity should not exceed 90%, with water vapor pressure averaging less than 1.8kPa.
4. Seismic resilience: Designed to withstand seismic intensity below magnitude 8, ensuring stability and safety.

5. Wind resistance: Built to endure external wind speeds up to 35m/s, guaranteeing steadfast performance under challenging conditions.
