Typically, the substation is divided into three distinct compartments: the High Voltage Compartment, equipped with cutting-edge high/medium voltage switchgear, including ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, with a rated voltage capability reaching up to a maximum of 40.5kV. The Low Voltage Compartment and the Transformer Compartment house either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry type transformer, ensuring optimal performance.
